Getting to know

If you are looking for a technical consultant, you should definitely meet before making a commitment. After all, the consultant has to suit you.

At the introduction, I like to listen to the need or problem statement. In the conversation, we naturally get to know each other better, and that inspires confidence. Personal contact is my preference however via MS Teams or phone also works fine.
